I bought some new stuff from this company. Their Terms and Conditions make it clear that you can't return or exchange intimate items due to hygiene rules. They also mention that once you open the package, you can't send those items back.

When the package showed up, I had to open it to check what was inside, regardless of whether it fit or not. After looking at the items and holding them up, I realized they were too small for me. Unfortunately, the company won’t take them back, so it’s a loss on my part.

I want to warn other shoppers: if you’re buying intimate items from this company, make sure you know exactly what you need and the right size, because there’s no turning back once you’ve opened it. If you’re unsure, just don’t buy from them, and whatever you do, keep that parcel sealed if you do.
